One of Florida's best kept secrets and ideal for those who yearn for a little peace and quiet, combined with miles of dazzling white beaches and turquoise seas. Wildlife abounds with soaring eagles, osprey, racoon, turtles, manatees and dolphins regularly sighted in the area. Located on the Gulf of Mexico in Southwest Florida on beautiful Lemon Bay just 85 miles south of Tampa and 50 miles North of Fort Myers. The drive to Englewood from Interstate 75 is 10 miles exit 35 or 13 miles exit 34. It is accessible by boat from Stump Pass and Boca Grande Pass to the South and Venice Inlet to the North.

Covering a large area and adjoining Venice to the North, Manasota to the West and Port Charlotte to the South, there are many shops and restaurants in and around the area catering for all tastes. Most of our homes are situated in and around Englewood just back or even fronting Lemon Bay, a beautiful Intracoastal waterway to the Gulf of Mexico.

For those who enjoy Golf there is an abundance of Golf Courses in the area open to the public or if you prefer water based pastimes there is a marina where boats can be hired for the day or week.
