Homes Information
All our homes are of the highest quality and have been personally inspected by us to ensure they meet our high standards. Most homes are situated on large individual lots and have been designed and built to the owners personal specification. You should not confuse this type of property with other properties you may have seen advertised for rental, particularly around the Orlando area, which are in the most part compact estate lots or gated communities with little or no privacy especially around the pool areas. Our homes come fully equipped with everything you need to make you holiday complete and have the following features as standard.
All our properties are thouroughly cleaned both before and after each rental and the pools and gardens are maintained on a regular basis. In the interest of our clients and the home owners, we operate a no smoking policy inside all our properties. All prices quoted are fully inclusive of all local and state taxes If you need a cot or high chair please e-mail your request to rentals@alternativeflorida.com. These can be supplied for a small fee. When you confirm your booking we will write to you with details and arrangements for picking up keys.
